Ticket again

Last month, I got a ticket (again). This time it was a driving ticket.
The tax sticker on my car was expired since last Nov., and I haven't renewed it yet.

Does it sound reasonable for the police to give me a ticket??
Yes.. it does... I have no excuse.

The fine for this has to go on your credit card since I don't have much money left in my account.
